OTHER QUESTIONS

Should the slots be 20 minutes (like recent BarCamps in Sydney and Canberra), 30 minutes, 45 minutes? Shorter slots mean more people present and it is "easier" to get people who have not presented before to present.

Good Point but 20 Minutes - I'm just getting warmed up. Maybe we can do 20 Minutes slots with a odd 40 Minute (double header). We may have the capacity for 4 streams.

I'll let you know how I feel in a few days after I've finished planning my presentation. ;o) i think 20 minutes for the presentation is good, if we allocate 30 minutes to allow for questions and changeovers etc, that could work well. Definitely some double length slots would be good - we saw that last time where we needed to allocate a second slot to continue the discussion.
